1. Instructions for Visits ECLAC periodically receives group visits of students from institutions of higher education and governmental entities from various regions of the world. The visitor program is open from March to November, with a break in July, and only available in the morning, between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Visits are free of charge.
