Resumen Este documento está orientado al análisis del impacto de las reformas al sector eléctrico en Chile, y la respuesta mostrada por una de las variables claves para asegurar el crecimiento: la inversión. En particular el estudio se pregunta sobre el grado de conciliación entre los intereses de los agentes privados y los requerimientos de crecimiento del sector, así como del papel jugado por el Estado en este proceso.
