Esta propuesta formativa tiene el propósito de incorporar la perspectiva de género en los procesos de planificación en distintas escalas territoriales con el objetivo de fortalecer las capacidades de agentes públicos, gubernamentales y no gubernamentales que tengan responsabilidades en el diseño y ejecución de esos procesos.
