The Fifth session of the Regional Conference on Social Development in Latin America and the Caribbean of ECLAC and the XV Ministerial Forum for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean of UNDP, will be held in person from 3 to 5 October 2023 at the headquarters of ECLAC in Santiago. The civil society will meet on 2 October, prior to the start of the official activities.
