The second meeting of the Negotiating Committee will take place on 27 to 29 October 2015 in Panama City. The purpose of this meeting is to negotiate the substantive content of the regional instrument. Resultados By the end of the project, national governments shall have new and/or innovative mechanisms for financing projects in energy efficiency and renewable energy and will be able to design and finance mechanisms to reduce carbon emissions.
