The seventh meeting of the Monitoring Committee o f the Caribbean Development and Cooperation Committee (CDCC), held at the Grafton Beach Resort, Tobago, on 14 July 1995, was attended by representatives from the following CDCC member and associate member countries: Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Haiti, Netherlands Antilles, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago and the United States Virgin Islands.
