(19 november, 2013) ECLAC and the Government of Brazil are organizing the 13th Conference of Ministers and Heads of Planning of Latin America and the Caribbean, which will be held in Brasilia on 21 and 22 November 2013.
The opening, which will be led by Brazil's Minister for Planning, Budget and Management, Miriam Belchior, and the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Alicia Bárcena, will take place on Thursday 21 November at the headquarters of the Brazilian Ministry for Planning from 2.00 p.m. local time.
