El proyecto tiene como finalidad generar evidencia sobre el impacto de las compras locales como factor de desarrollo en los países de América Latina y el Caribe. Los objetivos incluyen diseñar una metodología replicable para documentar el efecto multiplicador positivo de las compras locales del WFP, aplicar esta metodología en dos países de la subregión y presentar los resultados, su análisis y las recomendaciones derivadas.
