Nuevas amenazas, extremismos violentos, condiciones políticas cambiantes, situaciones de inestabilidad económica y transformaciones sociales se conjugan para aumentar las dificultades a que se enfrentan los jóvenes del mundo. Nadie conoce mejor que ellos los problemas que se plantean ni la mejor manera de darles respuesta. Por ello les pido a los jóvenes que levanten su voz e insto a los líderes a que les escuchen.
