La Ciudad del Conocimiento Yachay, en Imbabura (Ecuador), fue sede de dos reuniones regionales sobre planificación los días 18 y 19 de noviembre de 2015. En el Centro de Emprendimientos Inniapolis tuvo lugar la XIV Conferencia de Ministros y Jefes de Planificación de América Latina y el Caribe el día 18 de noviembre.
