As one of the main instruments employed by ECLAC to implement its biennial programme of work, technical cooperation both supplements and feeds into the Commission’s analytical and normative work and its efforts in applied research and knowledge creation and management.
Thanks to technical cooperation, the fruits of these labours can be translated into operational actions, thus contributing inputs and recommendations for the design and implementation of economic, social and environmental public policies, with an integrated approach to development in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean
