In the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting Preparatory to the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, which was held at the headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, from 7 to September 9 2011, countries agreed to a joint conclusion.
