En el Boletín FAL No 373 publicado en enero del 2020, se documentaron los primeros esfuerzos de una metodología rápida para el cálculo de las emisiones de CO2 del transporte marítimo de las exportaciones regionales. One of the structural problems that hinders fuller development in Latin America is a lack of infrastructure investment.
