On Tuesday, September 5, renowned Chilean economist Ricardo Ffrench-Davis will deliver the XV Prebisch Lecture at the headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile, where he will be received by Alicia Bárcena, Executive Secretary of the United Nations regional organization.
