This study presents an assessment of national statistical legal frameworks across the Caribbean. This report compiles comparable tax revenue statistics over the period 1990-2017 for 25 Latin American and Caribbean economies. The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is seeking to expand public access to data from the 2010 round of population and housing censuses. These efforts will also provide a sound basis for a more rapid and effective dissemination of data from the upcoming 2020 round of censuses.
