The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) subregional headquarters for the Caribbean and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) are jointly hosting a Regional Capacity Building Workshop in Kingston, Jamaica from 04-15 April 2016.
