The United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, visited on November 21 the central headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile for the first time, meeting with the entire staff of the organization and of the UN agencies, funds and programs that work in the country.
