The budgeting process is set to greatly improve in Barbados as a result of ECLAC Caribbean’s training for public finance managers on Public Expenditure Reviews (PERs), according to Mr. Seibert Frederick, Permanent Secretary in the Barbados Ministry of Economic Affairs.
