The high-level event on the Comprehensive Development Plan: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico co-hosted by the governments of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and UN-ECLAC. The High-Level Event will enable discussion on the new development and cooperation paradigm established by the four governments through the Comprehensive Development Plan to respond to the fundamental causes of human mobility coming from Northern Central America, in the framework of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Global Compact on Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration.
