ECLAC Special Reports offer analysis of current issues relevant to Latin America and the Caribbean, covering areas such as social development, natural resources, economic development, sustainable development and human settlements. This collection emerged initially in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the region and broadened over time to address a range of key issues for regional development.
