This substantive seminar, "Statistical Framework for Monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)," held on June 14, 2016, addresses some recent initiatives related to SDG monitoring, such as the creation of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development, the consolidation of regional and national mechanisms for statistical coordination of SDG indicators, and the development of statistical planning tools.
