6th Regional Meeting on Public Policy Analysis With Computable General Equilibrium Models

The 6th Regional Meeting is organized by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) with the collaboration of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and Universidad del Pacífico.

The 6th regional meeting is part of the project Enhancing the Contribution of Preferential Trade Agreements to Inclusive and Equitable Trade, jointly carried out by the United Nations regional commissions of Latin America, Asia and Africa, and whose objective is to facilitate the negotiation of fair and equitable trade agreements that can contribute to a vision of development combining growth with social inclusion. Therefore, the theme of this year's meeting will be focused on the social effects of trade policy.
