Strengthening the institutional capacity of the countries of the region to improve governance, policies, management, and enhance the use and sustainable exploitation of natural resources, focusing on water resource management, affordable, inclusive and clean energy, the efficiency of extractive resources and biodiversity, to promote more productive, inclusive and sustainable development, in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
