Introduction to digital trade regulations in Asia and Latin America
The online course is organized by the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN-ECLAC), the UN Economic Commission and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN- ESCAP), and the European University Institute (EUI), with the support of a project by the Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC).
Regional workshop on statistics of international trade in services
Organized jointly by ECLAC and the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD), in cooperation with the World Trade Organization (WTO). The main objective of the workshop is to help countries understand the concepts and definitions of the Manual of Statistics of International Trade in Services 2010 (MECIS 2010), especially on selected topics such as digital trade and its applications to selected categories of trade in services.
Global Services Forum in association with REDLAS Conference 2018: Knowledge-based services for sustainable development
On 13–14 September 2018, the Global Services Forum (GSF) and the Conference of the Latin American Network for Research on Services (REDLAS) will come together in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to focus on the important role of knowledge-based services for sustainable development, productive and export diversification, innovation and internationalization.
