Side Event on the Declaration of Principle 10 at the meeting of the Governing Council of the United Nations Program for Environment (UNEP)

In the framework of the meeting of the UNEP Governing Council, held in February 2013 in Nairobi, a side event was organized by the Government of Chile and the Access Initiative which presented the Declaration on the implementation of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
