The third day of the seventh Forum on Sustainable Development, which is taking place at ECLAC, featured a panel focused on the situation in the Caribbean.
The prominent Trinidadian economist and politician was the fifth presenter to participate in the Keynote Lecture Series organized to commemorate the United Nations regional organization’s 75th anniversary.
The regional organization’s Executive Secretary, Alicia Bárcena, presented The Caribbean Outlook 2020 during the Commission’s 38th session, which is being held through Wednesday, October 28.
