On Tuesday 22 March, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) will launch its annual report Social Panorama of Latin America 2015, which outlines recent trends in poverty, extreme poverty, income distribution and social spending in Latin America, as well as other social indicators. Mobile phone signals assist Caribbean in containing spread of Chikungunya
