The seminar-workshop "Promoting the internationalization of women-led businesses", orgnized by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), PROMPERU and the Ministry of the Woman and Vulnerable Populations of Peru, included presentations and discussions around the economic autonomy of women and the promotion of businesses led by women and their exports, among other themes. The one day seminar-workshop was designed to support the internationalization of female enterprise through the identification of opportunities and challenges in entering the international market. 

Participants included female entrepreneurs, organizations that support the internationalization of female enterprise, and government officials.
