Due to the impact of COVID-19, all the countries of the region have had to make methodological, operational and technical decisions to continue the production of labor market indicators. The aim of this seminar is to systematize the current assessment of the situation in the countries in terms of the production of labor statistics, taking as a reference the methodological, operational and conceptual guidelines that have been disseminated by the International Labour Organization and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in recent months. It will include presentations by ECLAC, ILO and the INE of Chile, to address methodological, conceptual aspects and the impact on the indicators, respectively.
