Conference of the Parties

The Conference of the Parties is the Escazú Agreement's chief deliberative and decision-making body. It comprises all State Parties with the significant participation of the public. Among others, it shall examine and promote the implementation of the Agreement.

It is governed by its rules of procedure, adopted at its first meeting.
