Nineteenth meeting of the Regional Council for Planning of ILPES

The Regional Council for Planning is a subsidiary body of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and governs the activities of the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES). The member States of the Institute are represented at the meetings of the Council by their ministers or heads of planning.
