XVII Raúl Prebisch Lecture, by Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UNCTAD

Prominent economist Rebeca Grynspan, the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), gave the XVII Raúl Prebisch Lecture on Monday, October 30, 2023 at the main headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), where she was received by José Manuel Salazar-Xirinachs, the regional organization’s Executive Secretary.

The former Vice President of Costa Rica gave a lecture entitled “Globalization Disrupted: Prebisch, Trade Imbalances, and the Future of International Economics.”
