Indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
One line of work of the Statistics Division of ECLAC is the analysis of different statistical aspects of the SDG indicators, along with the compilation and dissemination of comparable statistics for the countries of the region and the fostering of statistical capacity-building and inter-agency coordination for the production and dissemination of these statistics.

Representatives from eight countries participated on April 9 in the sixth virtual meeting of the Statistical Coordination Group for the 2030 Agenda, organized by ECLAC, to review progress, share experiences, and agree on next steps in monitoring the SDGs in Latin America and the Caribbean.

ECLAC Supports Honduras' Secretariat for Strategic Planning in measuring progress towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
The Statistics Division of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) provided training to the team of the Department of Economic and Social Studies at the Secretariat for Strategic Planning (SPE) of Honduras. The training focused on implementing the international methodology for assessing progress towards the targets of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, including the application of a traffic light system to classify results.
