Comprehensive Development Plan
The aim of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is to contribute to ensuring that migration in the countries of Northern Central America and south-southeast Mexico is safe, orderly and regular and, at the same time, to tackle its structural causes in order to enhance people’s well-being and ensure that human mobility is a free choice.
