The third meeting of the Negotiating Committee took place on 5 to 8 April 2016 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The purpose of this meeting was to resume negotiations on the substantive content of the regional agreement, using as a basis the second version of the text compiled by the Presiding Officers, which includes the language proposals sent by countries.
