In celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2018, the City Hall of Port of Spain was transformed into a ‘Women’s City Village’ for one day, on Wednesday 7 March, as part of a week of activities showcasing women. The day began with a power-walk around Woodford Square, as a show of solidarity and unity for the promotion of the rights of women and girls.
