The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) will cooperate on economic and juridical matters to support the region’s countries in the design of economic policies oriented towards boosting sustainable development, including those measures aimed at mitigating climate change impacts.
The two organizations signed a cooperation agreement to this effect last January, which will contribute to the development and strengthening of ECLAC and IDLO’s scientific and research work.
