(3 July 2012) As part of the celebration of the 145th Meeting of CAF's (Latin American Development Bank) Board of Directors, held in Montevideo, a new interagency cooperation agreement among CAF, the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) for constituting the Latin America-Asia-Pacific Observatory was signed.

(3 de julio, 2012) En el marco de la celebración de la CXLV Reunión del Directorio de CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina-, que se llevó a cabo en Montevideo, se suscribió un convenio de cooperación interinstitucional entre CAF, la Asociación Latinoamericana de Integración (ALADI) y la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), para la constitución del "Observatorio América Latina-Asia Pacífico".
