This Seminar-workshop brought together a group of specialists from the region, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of health-related programs and policies for indigenous peoples, through (1) updating knowledge on the subject; (2)evaluating the level of participation of indigenous peoples in public politics; and (3) developing relevant recommendations for policies and programs.
