The Fourteenth session of the Committee of the Whole of ECLAC was held from 27 April to 8 May 1971, at the United Nations in Santiago, Chile. The Committee of the Whole is the subsidiary body of ECLAC which enables member Governments to meet between sessions of the Commission.
