The rural-urban linkages project for inclusive development in Colombia seeks to strengthen territorial development policies through the analysis of territorial linkages, which are rural-urban links of various types (interactions between people or organizations around productive activities, management of natural resources, social and cultural relations, among others) organized in the form of networks.
