This week, ECLAC Subregional Headquarters for the Caribbean is participating at the first Caribbean Technology and Innovation for Digital Economy (TIDE) Conference, both as a presenter and as an exhibitor during the three-day conference, which takes place from August 25th-27th, 2015, at the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre in Port of Spain.…
On August 26th, "Umoja´s Open house" was held in the reading room of CRIDD for the Subregional Headquarters of ECLAC / Mexico. 67 days to the implementation, working spaces were organized to explain different issues, such as Blackout period, the existent resources to support Umoja´s users, the Gantt chart of activities before D-day, among others and involve all staff in such a major change for the organization, in an informal event in which there were snacks and a raffle. The event was held from 9-2 pm.…
