On Tuesday 23 July 2013 at 10.00 a.m., Uruguayan Minister of Economy and Finance, Fernando Lorenzo, will take part in the opening of the 14th Summer School on Latin American Economies 2013, which is organized by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
