The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) will hold on October 24-26 in Buenos Aires, Argentina its thirty-ninth session, the most important biennial gathering of this United Nations regional commission, where it will deliver to countries its proposal of strategies for a transformation of the productive structure that would foster an economic reactivation on a path towards sustainable development.
