Representatives of thirteen member States of the CDCC attended the sixteenth meeting of the Monitoring Committee: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.
