The objective of this international seminar, organised jointly by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and Chile’s National Training and Employment Service (SENCE), is to disseminate and discuss strategies and international experiences on the management of institutional change for the implementation and governance of public employment services. This seminar is carried out in the framework of the activities of the cooperation project between the ECLAC and the Norwegian Government, “Vocational Education and Training for Greater Equality in Latin America and the Caribbean”.
