The objective of this group is to make a proposal to intensify regional and international cooperation with regard to training and financing needs and operations, both for the public sector and the public in general.

11:30 - 12:00 noon Presentation of activities undertaken by the Group and proposal of report to be presented at the Third Meeting of Focal Points appointed by the Governments of the signatory countries of the Declaration on the application of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean

12:00 - 12:40 noon Dialogue with the participants

12:40 – 1 p.m. Adoption of agreements to be presented at the Third Meeting of Focal Points appointed by the Governments of the signatory countries of the Declaration on the application of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean 

1 p.m. Close of the meeting
