The objective of this group is to make a proposal to intensify regional and international cooperation with regard to training and financing needs and operations, both for the public sector and the public in general.

11:40. Dialogue with participants on regional priorities for capacity building and cooperation and proposal for considerations at the Lima workshop (October 28 and 29)

12:20. Proposal of agenda for the Third Meeting (in-person) of the Working Group (Lima, October 29, 2013)
