Open-ended meeting of the Presiding Officers of the ECLAC sessional Ad Hoc Committee on Population and Development

<p>The meeting of the Expanded Bureau of the Special Committee on Population and Development of the ECLAC session was held in Santiago, Chile, on 4 and 5 December 2001. The meeting was chaired by the delegation of Mexico. The vice presidency was in charge of Chile and the rapporteurship corresponded to the representation of Panama.</p>

2. System of indicators for the follow-up of the goals of the Program of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean

Report on the progress achieved in the priority lines of action for the period 2000-2002: training of human resources in population and development in Latin America and the Caribbean; Youth, population and development; International migration; Aging, and population and housing censuses for the 2000 round
