The Fifth Meeting of this intergovernmental gathering was inaugurated by the President of Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Amina Mohammed, and ECLAC’s Executive Secretary, Alicia Bárcena.
